When will the LG VU be back in stores?

Ok i am getting a LG VU for my birthday and we have looked everywhere for one and the the guy at the AT&T store said that they are on back order and he didnt know when they would be getting them in (and this was a week ago...8/15/08)...Does anybody know when they are going to ship them out and when they are going to be back in stores?

i just went to at&t store recently(yesterday) and the guy working there said that they'll most likely get them in about a month

I waited two weeks and finally got mine; I WAS SO HAPPY.

It's an excellent phone, but yeah, they are on a national backorder and will be returning within the coming weeks everywhere.
