  1. If mcain wins, I think they would stay there or maybe start a war with Iran!

  2. There will be a US presence in that region forever.

  3. As long as there are oil there...Vital natural resources...

  4. When enough of America stands up and says "We're tired of what's going on and it's time for change"  People must be brave enough to vote for those who have ideas that will work toward change...

  5. Our military cannot be forced out by a withdrawal deadline. When the time is right, when the job is DONE, we will leave.

  6. Iraq probably summer or '09. Afghanistan is still in working progress it will be awhile.

Also for the girl that said our soldiers are lacking mentally and physically. That's not true for all of us just some of them that join for the benefits. If they did this for the love of this country and joined to serve they don't have any problem.

"I am disiplined, physically and mentally tough, trained and proficient in my warrior tasks and drills"

  7. when the job is done I doubt if Iraq will want us to stay as for

Germany the only reason USA is there is part of NATO the same as the British were after we all ceased to be Occupational forces

Once Hostilities are over any country that stays in a country do so because they are asked or part of an alliance

so the Americans are  in Germany because they choose to be there they could have left in 1953 but your inane fear of REDS UNDER THE BEDS

  8. Not soon enough. Our soldiers are suffering not just physically but mentally now and many of them forever.

Obama has seen it right from the very beginning. This has been the

    biggest blunder in our history.

As we were informed today by the media, more and more soldiers have

committed suicide. And unfortunately I believe that number will be rising. Bring our precious boys and men home.

  9. Who knows?  WWII was over in 1945, we're still in Germany and Japan. Korea was over in 1953, we're still there.

As long as there are Islamic radicals like in Iran,. we'll still be there.,

  10. When all of Iraq's provinces are handed over to the government and a stable military force is established. In other words, after the Iraq war is responsibly ended.

  11. Never.

Check your history.  There has been constant war in that part of the world since before Christ dating back to the earliest human records during Egyptian times, and most likely before that.  War is as much a part of their culture as SUV's, shopping, and Starbuck's is to ours.  Arabs love their feuds, their jihads, muslims against jews, shiites against sunnis, etc, etc.

Unfortunately about half the world's energy reserves happen to be under the burka sportin' sandals of those turks and babylonians who honestly believe the last 2000 years of evolution is an abomination to allah.

Anyways, for what its worth, get used to it.  We might reduce our presence there.  But we'll never pull out entirely because its important geopolitically, economically and not to mention the (2nd) largest army in the world (ours) needs to keep our skills up.

  12. Never if Mcain wins.

  13. If you look at where we had wars in  history of this country we are still in Vietnam,Germany,Japan and we where in middle east after desert storm! So safe to say  we will be in middle east at least in a limited roll such as a base!

  14. When the U.S. finally decides to let Israel wipe everyone else out.

  15. Regardless of who wins the election, there will always be troops stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan, just like there are still troops stationed in Korea even though the Korean war has been over for 50 years.

  16. When the mission is completed.
