When will the fluff fall off my hairless rat hes 9 weeks old...?

It might never fall off.  Some hairless rats will always stay patchy and have some fluff.  

I had a half-hairless half-rex rat, and the pet store told me patches of hair would fall out--and they never did, her coat just evened out instead.  So I imagine it's a little hard to predict even for a purebred hairless.

Hairless rats were obtained by genetic manipulation, this isn't natural at all. You cannot know if his hair will fall, just wait and see. Maybe he's half breed, who knows, just wait, this isn't important anyway, what matters if for him to be healthy ~
