When will the free TV's that come with some mobile phone deals bigger?

You can get quite a few deals that come with 32 inch HDTV as a free gift when you take out a mobile phone contract, which is pretty bloody great really, but I was told by some chap today that due to technological advances in Japan we are soon going to be getting big TVs for a much lesser price. So the question is, my mobile phone contract runs out next month, should I take a deal with a 32 inch TV straight away, or would it be worth waiting a month or two in case 37 inch or even 40odd inch TV's start being offered as gifts instead?

Calculate how long the contract is for and how much you pay each month.
