they nedd to start signing new players and some of their old ones especially a goalie cause montreal need a goalie to back up price and if the rookie goalie the just got is bad they are screwed, they should just resign halak and some other players like smolinski, whendo u think they will make a move?

  1. Patience.....you make it sound like you want them to make a move for the sake of making a move.

  2. They already have made a few..but give it a while and Gainey will pull a rabbit out of a hat. By the way...team names such as Habs...city names such a Montreal and players names such as Smolinski, are spelt with a CAPITAL letter at the beginning of the name. Just a bit of info for future reference.

  3. The Habs aren't worried about goalies, they want Sundin.  I guess icons are more important than points in Canada.

  4. They added Tanguay already and he'll fit in nicely.  Now they're waiting on Sundin.  Once Sundin makes his decision, they'll do something to add one more good forward.

And hey, at least they didn't re-sign Brisebois.

  5. The only move they are going to make is future down in the Eastern Conference...

  6. They are waiting on Slowdin to do something!  But he is being a lazy coward! If they arent careful, they could get caught waiting and he may never sign!

  7. In Bob we Trust!!!

There is no point in overpaying for a marginal player today that risks his ability(cap space) to re-sign our current players that will be RFA's or UFA's next year.

You have to think to the future also.
