When will the iPod Touch Second Generation come out?

Since there will be a second generation iPhone.. do you think there will be a second generation iPod Touch? I am thinking of buying an iPod Touch soon but I want to get the 2nd generation of it, if it will be any better. Any release dates, rumors, features, and other information to be told?

The iPhone (2) 3g comes out July 11, 2008 and it's on apples website, and there's no 2nd generation ipod touch.

not for a while but it's going to be 32gb and 62gb .the 32gb one is going to cost 399. they're going to call it the ipod grope
