Whenever they have time. Demi Lovato posted a bulletin on jtv saying that while they're on tour they  might, MIGHT, broadcast.

I am 99.99% sure that it is August 12th at 5pm eatern time.

I am not sure about the rumor of them doing one July 8th since they don't have a time for it yet, and it's like 3 days away.

Man if they don't come on on August 12th I'm gonna cry because that's my BFF's brithday and I really want to make it special for her even if she can't see them herself it would still be awesome for her.
