  1. When will Jesus quit stuffing my spaceship full of eels?

That's about how much sense your question makes.

  2. If the public wants cheaper gas, they are going to have to stop using so much of it.  It's simple supply and demand.  If everyone drives less, or buys more fuel efficient cars, gas prices will drop.

  3. People insist on being stupid.

Corn is the WORST POSSIBLE means of making ethanol. Sugar cane, sugar beets, switchgrass, biomass, etc. are ALL better choices. NEVER go along when the gov't says it knows best!!!

  4. Your statement dose not make any sense.

Because of the large subsidies and tax breaks corn-ethanol has it is cheaper than gasoline.

As such any gasoline with a percentage of ethanol would cost less.

corn-Ethanol has a bunch of problems increasing gas prices is not one of them.

It is the cost of oil that is doing that.

  5. So now it's the greedy farmers instead of greedy oilmen. They are trying to feed their children, for heaven's sake! Do you work for free?

Besides, using the world food supply to power private automobiles just seems more greedy to me! How are you going to explain to a starving Ethiopian child that you needed that grain for fuel?

  6. Ethanol is good, it is helping the farmers that have been getting the c**p beat out of them for years with low prices and droughts.  So many of them have sold out because they can't afford to pay for their supplies.  The others are just getting along by the skin of their teeth.

What needs to be done is the ethanol has to be more readily available.
