When will the newest tomb raider game be released?

Well, I hate to say it, but Croft Manor is probably gone. At least that's what the trailer makes it out to be. But maybe there might be a playable version...I'm not too sure. The Ducati might be making a comeback, but there are  no cars that I've heard of. Here is the trailer and Beneath the Surface Video.
