there are a few venues that do put the fight on big screens and dont' charge.

I think you can order it live at 3pm Eastern, but its replayed at the normal time of 10pm.

i believe 10 pm because it airs at 7 in california.

well it's in london so last time they aired it really early but then they aired it once again at seven.
