  1. For me, I actually never felt any real pain after the procedure. I had it removed last Thursday and it's been a week now and I've only have very minor discomfort in one of my holes occassionally. If you do get pain, it usually kicks in the third to fifth day after the surgery. The first day you will still have the anesthetic in your mouth so that will keep you numb for a a while. As as long as you take the painkillers on a tight schedule, you shouldn't allow any pain in.

  2. you should not get pain but discomfort. It depends on each ones capacity to with stand pain. Take antibiotics & pain killers. You will have the feeling for a week.
