When will the revenue site registrations gets re-opened in Bangalore ?

hi, Any idea when the revenue site registration will be re-opened in Bangalore after 2008-09 budget proposal?

There were lot of roumors saying that once the Karnataka govt proposes the 2008-09 budget , there are very high changes of the revenue sites registration getting re-opened ..

Any info regarding the same ? or any point of contact regarding the same would help me a lot .

Yes there is a rumor. But still not decided on this part. Any how peoples awaiting for Akrama - Sakrama. But the value sound too high.

Expecting the possibility after this budget or After central Election.

But BE AWARE of REVENUE SITES :-)

It will not.

The registrations (revenue sites and lands) executed earlier violates the KMC Act and such registrations are not valid, though, many ,bought such sites due to ignorance of law.

Ignorance of law is no excuse.

Hence, The Government has enacted the new sakrama scheme, where such violations could be regularised.  If you have any such property, utilise this opportunity and get it regularised.

Dear Mr. Ravi,

An one time Registration option can be expected very shortly. The period may be limited to one or two months, before introduction of Sakrama / Akrama. This will certain to happen  before the BBMP Elections which is due. Wait for some more weeks.
