iam waiting for the papers to move from nvc so im not sure when this retrogression will be lifted

no one knows. that's one of the least priorities right now. the US has so many stuff to worry about with regards to illegal immigration, presidential elections, high gas prices, housing crisis, unemployment... impending recession. so as you can see, bringing in immigrants based on employment is the least of our problems right now.
