It is for the OCG, which is Japan, but it will probably happen in the tcg as well.

as far as i know it is due to be redone on september 1st ... although they may bring in an emergency banlist again which i doubt as it is only 3 weeks away lol

Probably Sep. 1. and it is then updated about every six months.
