Incidence of pattern baldness varies from population to population based on genetic background. Environmental factors do not seem to affect this type of baldness greatly....

Baldness is a genetic trait that's carried by women and passed on to their children, but it usually only affects men.  They would have to genetically engineer an altered gene.

Baldness isnt a disease... so you cant have a cure for something that doesnt harm you.... they have hair implants and what not to help fix it but as far as stopping baldness there never will be.
