  1. Look up the Motionless Electric Generator, or MEG experiment. What you are after exists, it just is not in common production.

Nuclear batteries are a good idea. That was the basis of the "SNAP" generators used to power space craft, such as communication satelites. and a lot of government stuff. The problem is, people were afraid of them due to re-entry concerns. Apparently no one thought of end of life solutions such as enough built in boost to breal orbit, and let it go to the sun. Nuclear batteries have been built. Someone had one that could power three or four houses. When they got to the licensing end of their work, Uncle Sam said no. Who in their right mind would okay something that would infringe on the profits of power companies? Certainly not our government. As far as safety goes, entomb it in a thick concrete vault where at the point where the generator wall ends, the concrete, very thick concrete, begins, and the whole thing is buried about 50 feet down. True, uglies could still get to it, but would it be worth their while? If the entombment were done properly, not only would their effort be noticeable, it wouldn't be worth their while either. Greed  runs the country, and such good solutions do not lend themselves to satisfying the hunger pangs of greed for more money, even if it eventually makes the world unfit to live in.

  2. there is absolutely no evidence that any energy is available according to the zero point energy theory

    don't hold your breath

  3. They already have. It is called Eveready batteries. you know the one with the black cat. Put it in your device and Voila!

    Zero Energy, Point!

They have nuclear powered one. It uses radio-active material to generate power for a really long time. But how long do you think some wise *** is going to buy a butt load of batteries and fuse together the radio-active material to do some dastardly cunning thing!
