i dont think it will, there is not much time for it too.. as of 3:00pm ET winds are down to 45mph sustained down from 50 earlier, so I think it will hit as a storm, I doubt it will get up to Cat 1 strength (74mph)

Edouard is not officially forecast to reach hurricane strength at this point.  However, winds will be in the very high tropical storm status before landfall Tuesday near Galveston, TX.

If it did attain hurricane status, it would only be briefly late Monday night or early Tuesday morning before landfall near Houston/Galveston.

Always check the official forecasts at the National Hurricane Center, the track and intensity can always change.

Um ya im on the computer obviously in the middle of this tropical storm... tells you what kind of storm it is. Very weak... I saw more rain last week.
