You missed it.  "Rapture" is a single by Blondie. It was released in January 1981, during the height of the band's success, and became one of the first substantial hit singles to involve rap music, and the first rap-influenced single to reach number one on the US Billboard Chart.

The idea of a rapture was popularised in the early 20th century and has been adopted by American fundamentalists as a fact.

Then there is the End-Times supposedly prophesised in revelations. Christians have been claiming it could happen tomorrow for the past 1600 years.  Too bad that Christ said he would return in the lifetime of his disciples.

There is no basis in reality to expect either to happen and in fact it would go against everything we know about nature and the universe.
