When will we stop the BOGUS So-Called "War" on Drugs?

LET FREEDOM RING!!! The DARE program is a huge FLOP yet Tax-Payers who work in the Private Sector (that little part that PAYS all the Bills) is being asked to pay BILLIONS to fund this do-nothing program. Here's the facts: The DARE program is completly ineffective says the The American Psychological Assoc on a 10 year study, Vol 67 No 4 590-593, and the Journal of Consulting & Clinical Psychology say the EXACT same thing....it's a FEEL good program that waste billions. No wonder the former head of the DEA say's the "WAR" on drugs is like 3 officers holding dixie cups at the bottom of the Niagra Falls and filling their little cups and screaming ZERO TOLERANCE for WATER...then of course run to get their pictures taken with their little cups...aint making much of a dent folks.

Bottom line...those who are stupid will continue to do drug...those people who don't like me and 99.99% of us WON'T DO DRUGS...why won't the law makers TRUST the people???
