When will we wake up? (for Americans, but I don't care who answers, pleases state your nationality)?

When will we stop buying the propaganda? When will we realize that the people who control the media and the people who control the policy are one in the same? The owners of the media conglomerates are in the same fraternal organization as the politicians. The Council on Foreign Relations. It is real. Go to CFR.org . Hillary Clinton and d**k Cheney are in the same club. What? Yeah, check it out. CFR.org, and check their policy on globalization and national sovereignty. We are being lied to. The media says we(the US) are bad, and everyone else is good, but in reality, we are bad, and everyone else is bad as well. What country has done so much good for this world(charitable organizations), and at the same time done so much evil(corporate negligence of the local populace) as the US. Well the same question is being asked of every people in every country on Earth!

It is just that the US has more influence and might than any other country therefore it's wrongdoings have longer and wider ranging ill-effects.

As i normally say, you only get what you voted for! I've been asking the same question in my country which is a very small island named Mauritius.

There are a few things in life you can count on and one of them is that politicians lie.  They tell us what they think we want to hear to gain our confidence and vote.  Voting isn't selection of the best candidate.....it's selection of the lesser evil.

Yes, this is one reason why a capitalist society isn't such a good idea.

This video also indicates to me that while we are most comfortable burying our heads in the sand, most Americans like to complain but do nothing about the very government that has led us into Faschism and is slowly leading us into Communism.

When the nightly news feels they have to report a "Britney" happening or else- this is a sad day for America, seriously.

I couldn't care less about her custody battle, millions of Americans are going thru the very same thing everyday without press coverage.

So that brings me to just say that with all the things that are going on in the U.S. and around the world right now, and the worst that is yet to come, Americans need to wake up.

One thing they can do is recall elections on anyone on the state and even in Congress. We elect them there to do a job. If they represent ANYONE elses interests but ours, they're fired, plain and simple.

It's a job they are elected to- they aren't elected there automatically for 4 years and we just have to put up with it.

When will Americans realize this?
