we always put ours up the day after thanksgiving,instead of fighting the crowds shopping we stay home enjoy our leftovers and decorate the house and tree.

I usually put them up on my birthday(December 21), that's my present to myself.  I take them down on Old Christmas, January 6.

I usually put mine up dec 1st but last year i put them up last week in november as i got too excited cos local town centre switched there lights on so i had to go home and do mine.I would love to do mine now but i know its WAY too early.

I put my Christmas decorations up a day or 2 after Thanksgiving & take them down the weekend after New Years.

Me, my mum, dad and sister always put the tree and decorations up together on December 14th.

They are taken down on January 2nd.

Well, since we have been married, my husband and I have not been at home for Christmas. We alternate between my family and his. So we don't actually have Christmas decorations. Once we have kids though we will get some and I will probably put them up between Thanksgiving and December 1st.
