When working in a childcare setting ?

reflect as a tool for contrasting what we say we do and what we actually do?

Please help me complete my NVQ3! Having trouble answering this one

It would something like  "I give undivided attention to children during the day." but in actuality you leave a child mid-sentence to address a safety or behavior issue.  It's fact that we all do that, but it's just the matter of doing it and recognizing where we fall short.
