I would say mine would be when a woman called for delivery. I asked cash or credit and she said "i don't know, you pick one" with a rude tone. I told her I needed to know and she said "cash". Then she gave me her number, and her company name came up in the computer. I asked if this was "Rose" as it was the name listed. She said "No, its Joan" very sharply. I told her we could not get into the program and change it,and if it was alright if under the name Rose. She says "Nope. Change it to Joan." I told her I would have to put the whole thing back in, and giving me her information again would take about 6 minutes if she wanted. She sighed loudly and said "Just take my d**n order already." After taking her order, I gave her the total and she said "That much?!" I told her about the tax and delivery, and the extras added onto her meal that would bring up the cost. She agreed and hung up without saying goodbye. About 30 minutes later, the driver came back saying she called the person on the phone retarded for not telling her about the delivery charge when I clearly did.
