When working only on commission, shouldn't every employee have the same opportunities?

If commission is your only income then each employee should have the same opportunity to make the commission and it not be up to certain individuals to hand out bookings or place clients. Is there a way to correct this or is there any legal action?

  1. Find another job.

  2. It's a courtesy to share the work around so that the opportunities are mostly even. It isn't mandated by law to do this, but certainly it's a good idea if a business wants to keep its employees.
