  1. For the AVERAGE woman, she would ovulate 14 days after the start of her period (i.e. Aug. 28th).

But not being able to conceive after 3 years of trying takes you outside of "average".  So for you, it could be happening at any time (assuming it's even happening at all, for you can still get periods without ovulating).

Since you've been at this for three years, I have two recommendations:

#1. Read the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility".  It's become the defacto "bible" for couples experiencing fertility issues.

#2. Seek out a Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist.  It's time for some fertility testing.

  2. It depends on how long your cycle is and if it's regular, usually about 14 days after the start of your period with a 28 day cycle. I did the charting and stuff but this month I am going to baby dance every other day just to cover any possible ovulation days...good luck

  3. just try having s*x every other day through out your cycle!! then you have a very good chance of not missing when you ovulate!!

  4. Read this-

    VERY helpful!
