When would be a good time to tell my employer than im pregnant?

I'm starting a new job on tuesday and im 4 months pregnant. i didnt tell my employer that i was expecting because i didnt want her to consider me as a candidate for the job but not offer me it because im pregnant.so when do i tell her because i know that pretty soon it'll be beyond evident, im already starting to show.

i would say that if it was something that envolves a lot of stress or heavy lifting then tell them right away but if your sitting all day long then you can wait. I mean you'll be showing big time soon and they'll figure it out :)

Well, if its hard work [ie lifting boxes etc] tell your boss right away. Either way, you need to tell her so that you can avoid hard work.

I would wait for as long as possible! You will be showing soon! You won't be able to hide it.

I wouldn't tell them.. they will eventually figure it out for themselves. I didn't tell mine and they definitely made a point in saying "I didn't know you were pregnant" but they couldn't do a thing about it.....

i would tell them as soon as possible, dont think u will be entitled to fell maternity leave or pay though.
