When would be the best time to view the solar eclipse tonight?

I live in South Carolina on the coast and what time am i going to be able to view the eclipse?

You can't see a solar eclipse at night, by definition, a solar eclipse may only occur in the daytime.

And as others have already noted, you've already missed it.

That was this morning (it is over already), and it was probably not visible at all where you are.
