  1. hey,

well to start with you would need to decide if you want to be competitive, and if so to what level.  I would honestly recommend starting at an earlier age, it makes things easier, like with most things, but if you are determined to do this, and you're ready to work very hard, you should be okay, the only other thing is that gymnastics can be very hard on your bones and joints, so you'll really want to be careful.

    Hope i helped.

  2. No, I think you could find somewhere to take gymnastics. But personally i wouldnt just take gymnastics just because you want that body. I would take it because you love it and you love to feel strong. I'm 14 I am a gymnast and i saw the sport and just fell in love with it.

If you want to look in good shape i would suggest yoga or pillates but if you really love gymnastics and the sport and all. GO FOR IT!

  3. You are getting a bit long in the tooth for that stuff.   Stick to Pilates.

  4. no!! its never too late!!

  5. its never to late to start something you wanna do (go for it )

  6. i think its too late now for u cus when ur younger ur more brave and flexable

trust me i was a gymnast

  7. age? never. In the year? October.

  8. it's never too late but it's always good to start younger because you are more flexible

  9. iTS NEVER TO LATE! dont put an age on dreams.

just go for it . maybe get a personal trainer. sure you probably wont be in the olympics but at least youll be getting and shape and having fun :)

theres tons of gyms that support gymnastics i.e. flicka. just look em up on the web

  10. I'm going to be completely blunt.  A lot of gymnasts retire at 24.

They are in the shape they are because of a fitness regiment of 6-8 hours a day they have been following for 10 or more years.

I would stick to pilates or something of that nature.

However, if you find a gym that accepts 21 year olds, then just go for it.

  11. That's a great idea and it is never too late to try anythiing sporty. I'm almost 26 and want to take dance (ballet) and tennis lessons! :) Good luck and have some fun with it!
