  1. i  think  when  he is 18 when is  an adult cause  when he  is a teennager or  a kid he  can lose  it

  2. FOR MY DAD IT DEPENDS ON THE KID. TODAY I GOT THE CHASE HIGH SCHOOL CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THOSE 13-17. IT IS LINKED TO A PARENTS ACCOUNT. MY PACKAGE COMES WITH A VISA CHECK CARD. THERE ARE NO SERVICE FEES. ALL THE RULES APPLY WITH THIS ACCOUNT EXCEPT IF YOU OVERDRAFT IT IS TAKEN FROM YOUR PARENTS. SO BE CAREFUL. IT CONVERTS TO A FREE CHECKING ACCOUNT WHEN YOU TURN 19.

IF OUR MAKING MONEY YOU SHOULD GET A BANK ACCOUNT.

IF I AM 13 AND HAVE ONE YOUR DEFINITELY OLD ENOUGH ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A JOB.

  3. Well, if you have your own bank account, then possibly.  I think at your age you still have to have a parent on your account.  I guess it depends on how responsible you are, and how trusting your parents are.

  4. Definitely- see if you can get one that has a points system for rewards (some may have an annual fee but it's usually around 25 bucks for the year) try Chase or TCF- both good places!

  5. You could have one now as long as the only account it affects is yours.  Otherwise, I would never allow a kid to have a check card that accesses my account.
