I will be 14 soon and I ma wondering can a 14 year old choose where they want to live?Wat I mean is I want to live with my Aunt and Uncle in Alaska.So can I choose where I want to live.Can a 14 year old do so?I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY want to go live with my Aunt and Uncle.I miss my aunt so much!I cried my eyes out two nights ago because I missed her!Does there have to be abuse going on my home or something bad?There is no abuse in my home.Everything is fine.I just REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY want to go live in Alaska!Can a 14 year old choose where they want to live?

If you went to live with your aunt, don;t you think you may miss your parents?

If everything is OK at home, why not just talk to your parents about maybe you staying with your aunt over the summer next year?

Your aunt, that lets you get away with things your parents won't, does NOT have legal custody of you, and she or you or the state you live in, would have to prove that your parents are unfit, in order to get her that custody.

no but why don't you just ask your parents if you can visit them? or raise enough money for your own plane ticket. but you have to be 18.
