When you're 16, is it good time to immigrate?

I'm from iran and I don't like to live here. I decided to immigrate to a foreign country but I don't know when?

At 16 you are still considered a minor and do not think that it is possible for you to do at that age.  You would have to wait until you are at least 18 years old.

The best time to emigrate is when you have a solid career and good job offer overseas. Right now is not a good time to attempt to get a visa if you are 16; most countries would refuse your application, aware that you have no intention of returning to Iran.

I left at 17 years of age to the United States with my family.  I graduated high school, said goodbye to my friends and left.  I've never looked back since and it is the best decision that I've made.

That sounds like a good age but i'd rather go with 18.
