  1. yeh, coz when your 17 years old you can apparently stay awake for longer and you are more sensible aswell in some cases.

  2. Yes. You can drive at midnight when your 16. Unless there is a law with curfew.

  3. i dont know- check out the michigan dmv- or google the answer

  4. i know where your comming from , no matter what state you live in , all the rules are the same , but yes we did all the time, no questions asked.

  5. It depends more on local curfew laws than it does on any driving law.

  6. yeppers.

    actually. idk.

  7. We have a 10:00 curfew that is inforced in Texas.  I don't know about Michigan.

  8. Well in Canada:

16: G1 - No driving past 11:00 PM, must have an adult in the car at all times, no friends, no 400 series highways.

17: G2 - No time limit, must have an adult at all times in the car, still no friends, and certain highways (still limited)

18: Freedom (lol) - Self explanatory.

  9. No, at seventeen your a still underage

and unless you are driving with a parent or guardian

Don't do it you can get in trouble.

You can do this at 18 ..

    :)

  10. As long as you not exceed the speed limit you can drive past anything. :-p

The only thing that I would think of that may prevent you driving, is if there a Curfew Law in effect. This all I know.

  11. probably not without another licensed adult in the car.  go to the division of motor vehicle for your state and look it up.

  12. yea u can cuz there is no law that tells u wat time u should not drive.but im not sure bout that.but at that time u should be at home and be asleep.im not trying to be mean.its good for ur health to go to bed on time thats y.

  13. I used to know those laws I think you need to be 18 to drive after midnight so if your driving that late at night for no reason and a cop catches you I would kiss that license goodbye.  The only way you can do that is if you have to take someone to the hospital or if someones drunk that's over 21 and your taking them home the cop might cut you a break.  I haven't been in drivers training for almost 9 years so I sort of forget those laws once you become a regular driver so old they can't get you on that.  All I can say is check with your drivers ed class, or call secretary of the state and see if they can answer it more accurately.

And to answer your question no you can't cops are just looking for a reason to pull you over that time of night.

Also if you have a level 2 drivers license then its going to be different laws so I wouldn't go out that late.  what would a 17 year old need to be out on the road that late for anyway.

  14. Well, it could be dangerous due to the lack of sleep. I think you can still do it though, but you're at a high risk of injury or accidents.

  15. at 17  years old you should be home in bed.

  16. Depends on where you live.  If you are working at night you can get approval to go to and from work.  Or if there is a medical reason

  17. It depends what state you live in but usually no.

  18. yes if it was not a school night
