  1. No i think your belly rumbling is your belly telling you that you are hungry although i know that throughout pregnancy you can feel rubbish with no appetite but you should really try and eat more for your sake and babies.

  2. i get it all the time, you're just hungry! bub is fine so don't worry. bub takes all of your good stuff (and fat) and you're left with the rest so it's important to eat well and enjoy your cravings (if you get them, some women don't and their partners do, mine does!).

just go with the flow. if you don't eat and drink enough you may faint which is a little embarrassing. i did and the doctor in emergency (i passed out at a carnival) told me it's because i hadn't been eating and drinking all that well.

morning sickness doesn't help either when you get it all day so it's important to eat well. throw your diet out the window because you need more energy than before and dieting is really bad for you during pregnancy.

  3. It simply means you're hungry and need to eat. During pregnancy a lot of things are going on in your body. You're not just growing the baby within you but also a lot of other things associated with pregnancy are happening inside your body. All these things need extra calories so it's not surprising that you would feel hungry very often.

It's very common to lose your appetite during early pregnancy. By and large, your unborn baby will be fine and will take nutrients from you. But it's never a good idea to go hungry - it can lower your blood sugar and cause you to feel tired or dizzy. So try not to starve yourself. If nausea is a problem, stay away from strong flavours and stick to bland stuff. Also, eat light meals but more frequently.

  4. it means you're hungry i had the same problem as you i got sick when i was about 11 wks or so with the flu & i couldnt eat for 2weeks. your body stores alot of fat so i end up losing alot of weight because of it just stay hydrated thats wat my doc told me eventually you'll get your appetite back trust me

  5. Your baby takes from you, not you eat for the baby. So if you don't eat it is you that will suffer the most with loss of vitamins and calories. When your belly rumbles it means it needs food, you should try to eat little and often to keep the calories up, this will pass, eventually,

  6. No hun, it just means your hungry :)

Try eating some dry crackers, soup or fruit. Icecream also helped me with my morning sickness.

Ensure you are on pregnancy vitamins and that will make sure bubs gets her/his daily nutrient needs :)

  7. its gas in your stomach that makes it rumble, I'm a guy and my stomach rumbles quite often
