When you're having your period do you ever feel like you can't talk to anybody?

My ex used to take the kids and run. Not kidding. Lol of course the whole time he would be running, he would be saying cant even talk to you. Yea yea yea. Men let me tell ya.

I basically wants to slap anyone who even looks at me. I'm a monster. I'll admit it.

I feel like that a week before my period, I want to kill or at least hurt somebody lol, by the time I start I get more emotional and want to cry.
