When you're on the 2468 diet, how soon do you start to see results?

I don't need anyones opinions on the diet itself, i would just simply like my question to be answered.

ok, i already answered your ques..and stumbled on this one...

i just want to tell you..i tried this diet and it screwed me up mentally and physically...i became obsessive over my weight, it wasnt so good...just be careful, i dont want what happend to me to happen to you...so if you want to ignore my post, then ignore it, just be aware of the consiquences..and what it does to your life...

Usually after a week or so. I've been doing something similar, and so far I've lost 10 pounds in five days...but it's a completely different program called FatLoss4Idiots.
