  1. go to a doctor that doesnt sound normal to me

  2. What is this q. doing in etiquette?

    Annnnyheeeew, I will answer -

Any ischemia related to heart is a cause for concern. Body is telling you something and you had better pay heed.

How old you are is of course important but it is not always the case. Your doctor will put you on a stress test that will reveal any abnormality.

You don't have to always think of the worst, but what you describe is not normal so it is good to get it checked out - just to be sure.

  3. yep, stress and exhaustion is felt by the body, you, and you will of course know it

    get some sleep

  4. When I had lots of stress in college, and now that I'm looking for a job, sometimes I feel chest pain, but thanks god it usually goes away within 3 days.

So, yes, tiredness can cause chest pain.

This question should be on health category.

Take some rest, sleep over 6 hours. If the bad sensation doesn't go away go to see a cardiologist soon.

  5. When I am tired my eyes will tear up a lot and I become groggy.

  6. Well, any kind of chest pain is bad, but chest pain that has lasted over two days is worrisome.  It could simply be a pulled muscle (can also cause shortness of breath), but it could also be an indication of something much more serious.

If you are worried, just know that if you go into the ER complaining of chest pain, the majority of hospitals will see you immediately and you will not have to wait to be seen in the waiting room.  Chest pain is taken very seriously.

I don't want to scare you or make you paranoid, but it's better safe than sorry.

  7. Dude, get some sleep.  Lack of sleep can cause a lot of symptoms.

  8. Well, you hit the nail on the head.  No one can live without the proper amount of sleep.  Like me now.....   I should be in bed and I think I'm going right now when I finish with you!

Drink lots and lots of water.  Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep EVERY night.  You must take care of your body so you can take care of everything else in your life.
