Although we can't always get along with everybody and there will always be someone who rubs us the wrong way, the thing that irks me about another coworker is when they get away with everything, or they act like they're so privileged, or a big shot, like they own the place that's your job. I also hate it when a new employee just gets hired and asks you or another coworker of yours personal questions.

  1. When they don't do there job,and I have to go behind them and do theres and mine

  2. oh boy i hate that!!!

    i hate brown nose.

people at work can not be trusted.

people at work believe lies than the truth.

new people asking too many question.

the only way you can do is......don't talk too much about yourself.

and don't hang out with people who love gossip (what the bible said)

don't hang out people who listen too much.

if people asking you about your personal question , all you have to to is "that not of your business".

then you will make your life easier much easier on your job.

    hope this help.

  3. I've got one in mind.  Here I am minding my own business, and she pops off with out of the blue remarks like these:  "You shouldn't wear sandals - your toes are too long."  "My sweater is authentic and yours is a knock-off."  "You're wearing the wrong shade of lip stick today." "Your legs are long, but you've got ugly knees." blah blah.....

I just laugh it off.  Kind of easy to see a petty jealousy pattern going on here - I attribute it to some insecurity issues.  She's an orchestrator, and if it isn't her idea - then she pops off with these remarks.

Actually I  feel badly for her.

If you figure out where it's coming from, you can figure out a benign but assertive way to deal with it.  For now, I am kind to her, but she isn't someone who I would trust.....

  4. I dislike those that complain or whine about their job. If they are not happy they should find another place to work. These people tend to be the ones that will only complete their job description and are never willing to go the extra mile. Then they complain about not being recognized for "all their hard work" !

  5. I can't really understand how you feel because I've never had that expereince but I can sympathize with you.  I think that it all varies on who and where you are working.  For example, I work around people who seem to be pretty much laid back.  We don't talk all that much but I'm never bothered by them.  The environment I work in is more of a quiet kind of do your own work and only talk to others when the time is convienent thing.  But like I said, its all about who the person is and where you work that determines your environment.  But hey just take it easy and let the Lord work everything out.  God Bless!

  6. I pretty much have always gotten along with fellow co-workers, up until I started working for the present company I work for.  There are a few who are just so rude to me for no reason..  I have done everything to be nice anyway.  But after awhile I resorted to sarcasm.  Ok, I'll keep trying to be nice anyway.
