what do you do then? Cause I'm sure you if you just start eating regularly again, you'll gain everything you've lost. Any help here?

  1. It's a crash diet.  That's what happens on those - you lose a ton of weight then gain it all back immediately.  If you want to know how many calories to (normally) eat to maintain your current weight use this site: http://www.dietitian.com/calcbody.php however, since you have been starving yourself you should probably work up to the calories this says slowly.  Your body, when in starvation mode, will hold on to every calorie it gets so you should work up to the normal calorie load for you in 50 calorie increments.  For example, if the site recommends 1500 calories, start with 850, then the next day 900, then 950, and so on.

  2. first off i dont support the 2468 diet

but...since you have practically starved your body of nutrients..

you must ease into it...slowly raise it...

try doing 3579 maybe for a week, then 468,10, and then keep adding up

please don't do the 2468 diet hun, it's so bad for you...if you did, please get back on track

    hope all is well

    xx
