When you act do you feel like that character

Question

When I act i feel like i am normally the character i am playing and it doesnt feel like im acting. It just feels like my charachter has changed. Is this normall?

Hi Grace,

Yes, you are perfectly normal!  And probably a very good actress too.  One of the things that I really like about acting is that, for a while, you can 'become' a different person.  Someone with a different set of fears and values to your own - someone with different hopes and dreams.  It's a great way to discover things about different sets of people too.

Whatever you do, just be sure to enjoy yourself, and good luck.

that just means ur great at acting!! and get really involved with the character, that helps to make a more realistic performance :) not many people can do this, so well done!
