Usually where I can use my Spree vouchers. If the GS's are with me I'll do pizza or McD's.

Have the odd favourites that we revisit time & time but also like to try new places. The excitement of great food,ambience etc at a new venue is great especially if you can share it with loved ones and friends

I'd say two-thirds tried and tested places, one third new adventures. Some tried and tested:

Maoz Falafel, Old Compton St- for veggie takeaways.

Thai Edge, Edgware - for a v.nice Thai meal and good service.

New idea - I have my eye on that Mongolian BBQ in Covent Garden.

I think if you go to the same place too much you get bored. However, if you go to new places all the time you never quite feel relaxed. You miss out on the familiarity of a sound, fulfilling meal.

Trying new places is how we found our favorites.  I swear we've tried almost every restaurant in the city.  We definitely don't mind trying a new place though just to check it out.  Then we know if we've found a new favorite or cross it off our list.  Most of it has to do with menu selection and distance from our house.

My boyfriend and I usually tend to sick with the same restaurants. Unless we are invited to dinner with Friends and go some were new then if we like it we add it to are list of place we like to eat at.

It's always good to try new places, but a few firm favourites that never fail to deliver are always good to have too! I have my favourites, that I have stumbled across by trying somewhere new, so it's good to have both! You never know, you may find a real gem!

I like a combination of old and new. Once in awhile if something seems good, I will try a new place, Usual I at least wait until someone I know has eaten there.  Some nights I know exactly what I want and go to a place for a specific dish again and again.
