When you are discussing horse racing what is rated price and win price and how do you source this information?

If you see an exacta,trifecta,w-p-s pays (x) amount it assumes a 2 dollar bet.  A superfecta is a 1 bet.

If your confused about the odds, if its a (15) it  pays15 to 1. If its a fraction like 9/2 it pays 4.5 to 1.   All bets are current odds and they are continually changing until close of  the post.
