  1. I think of what I have and not what I dont have.  


  2. I remind myself that the one true constant in life is change...when things are bad, they will pass, and things will get better.

  3. knowing everthing in life happens for a reason good or bad, and try to make the best of a bad situation

  7. go out with my family, listen to music, go on yahoo! answers. anything to get my mind off of it for a while.

  8. When I'm going through a really tough time, I tell myself that one day I'll look back at this moment and laugh, because none of it will matter anymore..

    I don't know why, but this thought can be somewhat comforting to me.
