When you are told that your father has died, how painful is it?

Yes to both Q this is part of life and No matter how hard you try to prepare for this its NEVER easy for ANY ONE You have to go threw life knowing your folks will pass the hard part is when now a few years from now or when they reach 100.And also how close you are to them this will be the amount of pain you feel. If real close you may feel alot if you are lets say not so close may not be painful as much but if not close at all you may be feeling none.This is totally up to you and how you are with your dad. How you feel about your dad as well.It will be one of the hardest things to face in life but we all have to do it sooner or later People dont live for ever SOrry!!

When my uncle died (was very close to him like a second dad) i wasnt even ready to hear the news, i kept on denying it then my dad grabbed me and said that hes gone. That just totally shattered me i felt like i was gona die aswell it was so hard to believe and to get over it to. even though i new he had less time left as he had cancer it was still really hard.
