When you astral travel...do you think you're dead at first?

If I looked down and saw my body and didn't know anything about astral travel..I'm pretty sure I'd think I was dead...and probably "look for the light".lol Did you ever do that? (look for the light)?

actually last night when i did it(astral traveled), i was looking for the light but not on perpise.i new what was happening but i didnt understand why i was astral traveling.

well all i saw was light so im not quite sure we dotn really know all that much about dreams so wat ever makes most sense to you.

Every time I've gone out and about I knew what I was doing.  If it happened when I was in for an operation or something like that, I think would start to wonder WTF is going on!

When I drowned  as a child I never saw "the light".  But maybe I was rescued too soon, I really don't remember anything other then it was all OK and didn't hurt.   Just like going to sleep.

No. You are aware that you are sleeping or whatever.

As for death, you just choose to take the hand of the spirit that has come to guide you into the spirit world and go with them....that is all death is...a choice. Nothing more. Nothing scary, unless you don't want to go and then you just don't go.

On many astral journeys, ive never thought of myself dead.. it proberly is the same feeling of a passed away soul, but ive never thought i was dead,......

Even when i had my NDE, i knew i was dying before i actually did, but soon as i let go and went to the other side, i never thought i was actually dead, but was happy to stay there...

I never felt I was dead, perhaps because I don't remember seeing myself, although I do remember the events, what I did, and where I went.

My Aunt said when it happen to her, she saw herself as she floated around the room. She thought she was dead, she was screaming out, "No, please no,  I don't want to go now". She truly thought she died.

No. An astral travel has nothing to do with the imminent presence of death. When you travel you are a beholder deeply involved in the circumstances watched, on the contrary, when you are visited by death -a ghost-  you feel it sucks you, it really scares to DEATH! It literally petrifies!
