i am a little freaked out because this manager i worked for got a job as a GM, i believe i knew where he got hired as a GM , however, i was at the little strip mall around my town and he's car is parked outside of the restaurant he got hired as a GM, maybe that is where he is training to become a GM? idk, but even he told people that city in which he was going to be a GM and the city he is at right now is not it, ..maybe he is still training? we did not leave on good terms with each other, but i dont want to tip-toe around my town just in case i see him and if i go into that restaurant he will prob. think something..

Your question makes no sense.

You don't necessarily train to become a GM, a lot of times people are just promoted to that position, or get hired for that position.  But there isn't necessarily like a GM training academy.
