  1. it could take a little while it all really depends on how many times a day or week you lift them, but keep working hard at it and you will see results even if it takes a few months.


  2. You will see more firming and definiton than BULGING.

  3. u may take 3 to 5 weeks depending upon the intense and number of weight you lift
