When you buy a calling card with the minutes are all the charges incurred on that card?

Random: I asked a similar question previously...but not sure if it was confusing.

After all, I did buy the minutes. It has a local number and toll free number. Those numbers won't show up on the phone bill and charge me extra, will it? If it does charge all the charges are on the card, right? I'm calling internationally. Just wondering.

  1. All charges should be deducted from the minutes on the phone card. For instance, if you use a pay phone to make a call it will deduct 3 or 4 minutes from what you have on the card as the fee for using the pay phone.

But, also, there are no charges on your regular phone bill for local calls or calls to toll free numbers, so you should be fine.
