Question:

When you buy a dog from a breeder do they have to give you the veterinarian records?

I bought a bassett hound from a AKC breeder and she said that she dewormed him twice. He has worms now and she didn't give me any veterinarian records for him when I bought him. I live in NY if there happens to be any state laws let me know cause I couldn't find any.
