When you buy a holiday from Thomson should you recieve a confirmation email letter?

I bought it online left a deposit then 3 months later paid the remainder i paid it on the 4th of july and havent heard notthing is this normal thanks xx

I recieved a confirmation email when i booked holiday and paid deposit,just not when i paid the remainder.

I have tryed ringing but i am in work and everytime i finally get through to an advisor i am needed in work xx

I would have thought so, keep trying to call.  Failing that, on the first emal you received there should be an email address to contact in the small print if nowhere else.

Or call i nyour lunch break when they cannot 'need' you.
