When you buy the Fushigi yugi DVD is it in english like when they talk not like when they write it in english

on the bottom and they speak in Japanese i like it when it is spoken in english Fushigi yugi DVD

Well we don't know exactly what DVD you're buying... =/

Look at the back of the DVD set. If it said that there's English language (not subtitle), then I'm positive the characters will be SPEAKING English. If you're planning on buying online, look for the description that say the language is English. If not, just don't buy it... (there's a chance it's spoken in Japanese)
